Service Description

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - No Semaglutide visits, No insurance visits available for virtual consultation. THIS IS NOT AN 8AM APPOINTMENT Time varies throughout the day. You will be contacted between 8am to 5pm (usually mornings). *****If Dr. Kratschmer is unable to call you between 8am-9am, he will call you later in the day. Dr. Kratschmer will review your submission prior to you phone call. The phone call usually averages about 15-30 minutes depending on the procedures evaluated and the number of questions a patient has. After you book this service, you will be emailed a link to a secure form where you will upload your photos and answer questions. You must do this prior to your appointment day. If your submission is complete with good quality images, Dr. Kratschmer will contact you in to morning (usually between 8-9am) to discuss his evaluation by phone. There is not a video call. You do not need access to a computer during your virtual meeting, just a phone. During busy seasons, he may have to spread the calls throughout the day. If your submission is missing or not clear, it will delay his ability to reach you. If you prefer an email instead of a phone call, please select that option in the form.

Cancellation Policy

All consultation fees are 100% non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment and avoid paying an additional fee so long as you give at least 48 hours notice. There are no refunds for cancelled appointments, no-shows, or any appointment rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
