Service Description

A 30-minute consultation to discuss cosmetic surgery. Please allow time to complete paperwork, meet with physician (30 min), and go through treatment options, quote and financing. You should plan for one hour. By booking this appointment you agree: "I am at least 18 years of age and understand that the consultation I have scheduled requires a non-refundable $49 fee at scheduling to hold my place. While I understand the $49 fee to hold my place is non-refundable, it can be applied to a rescheduled consultation so long as at least 48 hours notice is given."

Cancelation Policy

All consultation fees are 100% non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment and avoid paying an additional fee so long as you give at least 48 hours notice. There are no refunds for cancelled appointments, no-shows, or any appointment rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
